PURCHASE OF XRP NAME SERVICE NFT: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When purchasing an NFT from XRP Name Service, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions: No Guarantee of Delivery: XRP Name Service does not guarantee the delivery of any physical or digital assets beyond the NFT. The company will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the failure to deliver any physical or digital assets beyond the NFT. No Refunds: All NFT purchases from XRP Name Service are final and non-refundable. NFT Ownership: Upon purchasing an NFT from XRP Name Service, you become the owner of a unique digital asset that represents a name and is stored on the XRPL. This NFT entitles you to a time based subscription and is the only deliverable. This NFT does not entitle you to a top level domain also referred to as TLD with a .xrp extension. Compliance with Applicable Laws: By purchasing an NFT from XRP Name Service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-money laundering laws. NFT Transfer: You may transfer your NFT to another XRP wallet address at any time, but you are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the recipient's XRP wallet address. XRP Wallet Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your XRP wallet and the private key associated with the wallet. Limited Liability: XRP Name Service will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of the NFT or any breach of security related to the XRP Ledger. Termination: XRP Name Service reserves the right to terminate the NFT purchase at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Secondary Market Trading: XRP Name Service is not liable for any gains or losses resulting from the secondary market trading of NFTs purchased from our platform. Any trading or transfer of NFTs is solely the responsibility of the buyer, and XRP Name Service does not guarantee the value or liquidity of any NFTs on the secondary market. XRP Name Service strongly encourages buyers to carefully consider their decisions and to conduct their own due diligence before engaging in any secondary market trading. Any decision to engage in trading or transfer of NFTs is at the sole discretion and risk of the buyer, and XRP Name Service will not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of such trading. Technical Issues: XRP Name Service will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from technical issues or failures related to the XRP Ledger or any other technical infrastructure used to facilitate the purchase and transfer of NFTs. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, network congestion, system failures, or any other technical problems that may prevent the timely or accurate processing of transactions. By purchasing an NFT from XRP Name Service, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks and uncertainties associated with the use of blockchain technology and agree that XRP Name Service will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from such issues or failures. Severability: If any term or provision of this Agreement is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Agreement or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. Changes To This Agreement: We may make changes to this Agreement from time to time. When we make such changes, we will make the updated agreement available on our website and update the "last updated" date at the beginning of the Agreement accordingly. Please check this page periodically for changes. Any changes to this Agreement will apply on the date that they are made, and your continued access to or use of the NFTs after this Agreement has been updated will constitute your binding acceptance of the updates. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement of the parties with respect to the matters provided for herein and is not intended to be modified or limited in any way by any other written instrument or oral agreement previously made or entered into by the parties. By purchasing an NFT from XRP Name Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not purchase an NFT from XRP Name Service. Please note that these terms and conditions apply specifically to the purchase of an NFT from XRP Name Service or acquired elsewhere.
